Problem with the pictures title in svarrersgallery lightbox

I have problem with the correct displaying pictures titles in lightbox window. When I use "svarrersgallery lightbox plugin" then the national diacritical marks show incorrect in "lightbox" window. Surprisingly, when I put on my website pictures without "svarrersgallery lightbox plugin" then the national diacritical marks display correctly in "lightbox" window. I check, that exactly the same problem is with slimbox. Do anybody know what make to "svarrersgallery lightbox plugin" works rightly with national diacritical marks in lightbox window?

P.S. On my website I use iso-8859-2 coding.

Yes, I've fixed that issue with the title in the lightbox in my latest version. But now I run into trouble with that ugly comment function...
