Hello community,

I've just released Pdeditor_XH 1beta1. You can download it from my website.

Pdeditor_XH facilitates viewing and editing your pagedata file from the back-end. It also provides some diagnostics regarding possible desynchronisation of content and pagedata. It's meant as an alternative to editing pagedata.php manually, so it should be used by experienced users only, who do exactly know, what they are doing. It's not a tool for unexperienced users! Those should manipulate the pagedata via the interface provided by the respective plugins (often a tab above the editor).

It requires an UTF-8 encoded CMSimple_XH installation. It is released under GPLv3.

Pdeditor_XH couldn't be tested so far in various environments. It is a so called BETA version. Use with caution!

Any feedback is welcome.

Christoph

Hello Community,

I have just released Pdeditor_XH 1rc2.

I have improved the JavaScript to also support older browsers (such as IE8), and added support for the "integrated" plugin menu. The new version requires PHP >= 5.1.2.

Enjoy!
