Hi Gert,
Gert wrote:This whole thread is a joke
I wouldn't call it a joke, as it seems Mikey is far too serious about it.

If the domain cmsimple.com was promised to Mikey, the rule "caveat emptor" (buyer beware) applies here (if I'm not mistaken--IANAL). Unless there isn't the slightest doubt, that Mikeys claim is unwarranted, it might be worthwhile to resolve this issue--but of course not publicly on this board.

Christoph, please read the statement of Peter (2nd post of this thread) - there was nothing promised.

By the way - it's too late after 2 month's of bid period. Why Mikey did not use this period for a protest or a warning?

Gert
gert, that is a blatant lie !!!! "nothing promised"

i posted the email that plainly shows that peter harteg gave me the name, and even asked how to give it to me, via the correct transfer procedures..

yet !! you go and threaten an admin here to remove my post....

that post, along with all my emails have already been collected for my claim..

i must say, that your tactics are very bad, and i take real offence to you threatening members of this forum in the way that you have chosen too

to answer this question:

"did not use this period for a protest or a warning"

after making designs for nearly a decade, i really hoped, that i could hold peter to his word, is that to much to ask, after spending nearly 10 years of life , making designs for 1000's of websites around the world, i think NOT

obviosuly, i misplaced my trust and expectations in peter, however that does NOT discount my claim, read all my posts regarding this matter, and of course i have the posts that i had to remove due to your threats

So you should rename the thread to "Open Letter To Peter Harteg".

But: The domain cmsimple.com was clearly included in the package, offered for 2 months, on cmsimple.org and flippa.com, and you were well informed. How could you think, cmsimple.com would be reserved for you?

gert,

please don't try and tell me that, the receiver of any goods, is the rightful owner, especially when when the seller had no rights to sell the goods in the first place.

time frames in this case have no bearing at all.

i could make some startling comparisons to this scenario, though i really don't need too.

Gert & mikey!
Please, don't dime down the mood in this forum. The problem seems to be very serious and you are the only to find some result. It is nothing the community has to deal with.
This topic shall be deleted immediately. And you shall better use another platform for your communication.
Both of you are experts in your areas. Plese, keep part in these areas within this forum. The other things are out of our business. It is only your private topic.
Please!
