It can be escaped with a backslash =>

Thanks for all your help it seems that all the plugins are now compatible with PHP 5.3.

But in the meantime I will also take a look at CMSimple_XH I have got the idea that this will be the new
mainstream for CMSimple users.

Good idea. In CMSimple_XH all deprecated stuff like eregi is replaced.
