Internet Explorer 9 issue with CMSimple template

Dear all,

Since the install of I E nr 9, (automated in vista)
a site built and working perfectly with CMSimple,
suddenly refuses to show the background image of the template.

When in the settings of IE 9 and the 'compatability mode' is changed, all works well.

As a matter of fact, I have not been able to reconstruct the error,
as I am now reluctant to install IE 9 on my machine.

Question:
Has anyone/anybody seen or heard of this before?

Oh, you did build a time machine!? Because there is no IE9 yet! Do you mean IE8?

IE8 has no problem displaying a "background picture". I would not worry about that. If you cant reproduce the Error it was probably nothing...
