Clean URL and FCKeditor problem

I've modified my CMSimple_XH 1.1 installation following the Clean URL tutorial and now FCKeditor isn't able to insert internal links or pictures and so on. It only displays a kind of a "sitemap". I know that there is no warranty that it works with clean URL, but I wanted to mention that.

Jep, it's often wanted. So I think there should be made a solution by the core.
