no plugin folder in cmsimple 3.2 ?

i don´t know if it is a bug, but is it right that there is no plugin folder in cmsimple 3.2 ?

im working on a site, and wanted to install a contact form...but what is that ?? no plugins ???

already just copied a plugin folder from an older version, but nothing happend...am i too blind to see the right solution ?

Yes there is no plugin folder in cmsimple 3.2 this folder you have to make your self, and set it in config like this
