re: Responsive template challenge!

hi guys,
i know some of you are extremely busy but im hoping there is someone out there who is interested in my idea for a project!
Since i am not a coder i am asking for your help!
here are some links to fully functioning responsive templates ,
twitter bootstrap project

and i would like the adventerous ones out there to consider the possibility of taking these concepts and converting them to a functioning cmsimple template. the main issues are working out how the menu can be adapted to work dynamicly and also content sizing.
im an not sure of all the technical considerations but if there is anyone out there interested in a positive way i would really like hear from you ( those who think this is not a good idea, your silence is sufficient response ) .
i am not trying to take advantage on anyone's time and i would happily consider a donation or something to show my appreciation.
