this is true.
the domain name only is for sale, NOT any templates etc, as they will form part of a new site in the future

Hello Community,
the domain was sold to a webdesign company that is not related to CMSimple. So if you have a website with a template of Mikey, it seems appropriate to change the "Template By" link in the footer to his new domain:
http://www.cmsimple.pw/. This way you credit the actual designer, and point others to the new domain.

just to clarify this, as i have received numerous emails
ONLY the domain name, dotcomwebdesign.com, was sold
NO template rights, no templates, no licencing rights on any designs or anything to do with cmsimple
therefore, as the owner of all those 1000's of templates floating around, you are free to do one of the following
1. change the link to my new site, see my sig
2. simply remove the link in the footer of your template
( no license fee required )
