this VW Bus, I had one, from 1959, we travelled to Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, around the mediterranean and straight through Sahara in the 70s and 80s ..

I still love that bus (even when I don't love that driver anymore)
so the template could be working for a memory journal ;=)

I like to have one like that... but for now I have a t3 1600 variant, they cost to much to buy thoose old bus. I made the design for this guys... http://busboys.infosajt.se. But they dont update anymore

well, it's not me who kept the bus, my husband kept it at divorce but as far as I know this vehicle (the bus!) is still going strong!
We found the bus at a "car cemetery", bought it for 100 DM that time and revamped it. We needed that car because we wanted to travel to Lybia and our FORD was on the boycot list that time.. so we revived the old firebrigade car..

this is the beloved car at the red sea in Acaba, Jordania, near to the saudi-arabian border... in 1980 (already 21 years old...)

I love these cars, I even love the smell of that cars

if it was today I'm not sure if I would go on a journey like that in a vw bus, but back then you could find spare parts to thoose cars. Today it's hard to find original spare parts and here in sweden it's really expensive to restor a vw. But never the less it's a dream of mine to own an old bus like that... maybe in a little better condition then the one on the pic. Today a scrapyardbus cost a fortune to buy so I guess I have to stick with the dream...

You write "feel free to use them." but only 1 link to download is true, is this a mistake or should we even guess that you have to replace the jpg with zip to get them

I just talked with one who has purchased such a VW, to be settled, but it stood him in 250,000 Danish kr now and was not finished
