die homepage ist gut aber das buchungssystem soll meiner ansicht nach Professioneller aussehen( klein und benutzerfreundlich) homepage ist in ordnung

als paket über deren seite hotelsdaten.com kann man was basteln nach dem login. hab ich noch nie probiert
ich denke wäre besser wenn ich alles von vorne an komplett einrichte über cmsimple-xh oder?
wäre dann GDS ein Problem? kenn mich mit GDS nicht aus.

wenn ja dann könnte ich fertige hotel template aus internet besorgen und sie bearbeiten z.b und dann das buchungssystem und text inhalte integrieren von der aktuellen seite.

muss dann auch die aktuelle domain adresse geändert werden?
wie siehts aus mit der Optimierung ?

Hallo donio,

das Buchungssystem von maeg wie auch das von Josef genannte Bookings-Plugin sind ähnlich (es wird immer ein Kalender dargestellt, der die Übersicht bietet; bei Bookings können auch mehrere "Events" pro Tag gebucht werden). Für ein Hotel mit vielen Zimmern ist sind beide Lösungen allerdings wohl nicht zu gebrauchen.

Das kommt drauf an. Wenn die jetzige Seite direkt von webres.de als Subdomain gehostet wird, dann vermutlich. Ansonsten müsste der bestehende Webspace nur die Anforderungen von CMSimple (läuft fast überall wo PHP >= 4.3 installiert ist) und die des Buchungssystems erfüllen. Ggf. könnten höhere Anforderungen auch mit einem umfangreicheren Paket des bestehenden Providers, oder durch Wechsel des Providers abgedeckt werden. Die Domain kann dabei aber normalerweise erhalten bleiben.

wie siehts aus mit der Optimierung ?

Du meinst Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO)? Das ist ein breites Feld, aber grundsätzlich können CMSimple-Sites schon recht ordentlich optimiert werden: individuelle Title und Descriptions für einzelne Seiten (besonders komfortabel mit CMSimple_XH machbar), es gibt ein Plugin um kanonische Links in den Header einzubinden und noch ein paar weitere Dinge sind möglich. Worum geht's Dir denn im Besonderen?

nun weiss ich ich nicht wie ich anfangen soll . die seite ist von webers gefertigt .
dachte sofort an cmsimple weil es einfacher ist .
soll ich anbieter kontaktieren und denen erklähren das ich es selbst basteln möchte z.b nur buchungssystem soll bleiben.
oder komplett kündigen . oder wäre einfacher wenn ich es so lasse und nur änderungsvorschläge zum homepagemacher mitteile.

zu DIRS21 kann ich leider nichts sagen -- das kenne ich nicht. webres.de kenne ich auch nicht, aber ich hatte den Eindruck, dass da ein CMS dabei ist. Wenn das aber in der Bedienung nicht Dein Geschmack ist, dann schau Dir doch CMSimple_XH mal an. Wenn Du einen Windows-PC hast, kannst Du ein Komplettpaket kostenlos herunter laden, bei dem Du keinen Webserver brauchst (genau gesagt ist einer enthalten). Damit kannst Du dann schon mal spielen, oder auch konkret die Site erstellen, und sehen, ob es für Dich passt.

Hi,

DIRS21 ist ein sogenannter Channelmanager, der eine Anbindung der jeweiligen Hotelsoftware an die goßen Buchungsportale (HRS, hotel.de, etc.) herstellt. Hierbei gibt es keinerlei Beschränkung was die Anzahl der Zimmer angeht. Der Vorteil und Grund warum ich bei der Seite DIRS21 benutze ist die direkte Anbindung da die Hotelsoftware von HS/3. Das ermöglicht die Buchung über beispielsweise HRS direkt in die Hotelverwaltungssoftware zu übergeben.

Die Frage die mich jedoch beschäftigt, ist welche Rolle Du in dieser Sache spieltst?
Bist Du Webdesigner / Dienstleister, oder bist Du ein Kumpel des Hoteliers der gerne ein bisschen bastelt und helfen möchte, aber nicht so richtig kann? Ich stelle diese Frage ohne dies böse zu meinen, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass Du nicht so richtig Plan von der Sache hast. Meine Annahme stützt sich auf die Tatsache, dass Du nicht genau weißt wie Du es angehen sollst und ich davon ausgehe, dass wenn Du nur "Änderungswünsche" weitergibst, ja als "Dienstleister" kein Geld verdienst.

Wie auch immer solltest Du doch Zugangsdaten zu der Webpräsenz und dem "Kundenmenü" von webres haben!? Auch hier sollte es eine Information bzw. Übersicht zu den Möglichkeiten (Integration in externe Webseiten, Skalierbarkeit, etc.) der Webseite geben. Im Zweifelsfall würde ich einfach mal bei webres.de anrufen (040-41438-0) und die notwendigen Infos abfragen. Denn da webres sowohl Komplettpakete (Webseite & Buchungsportal), als auch augenscheinlich "nur" Buchungsportale anbietet, sollte eine Integration in eine eigene Internetseite (auch CMSimple_XH) problemlos möglich sein. Du musst halt nur aufpassen, dass ihr auch nur das bezahlt, was ihr nutzt.

Auf jeden Fall kann ich mich Christoph nur anschließen: Probier CMSimple_XH einfach mal aus. Kostet nix und könnte genau das richtige sein.

Wir nutzen für eine Raumbelegung das Plugin Occal http://exit-live-club.de/?Location:Belegungsplan . Geht allerdings nicht mit mehreren Zimmern. Ansonsten gibt es auch PHP-Scripte, die man einbinden kann.
Soll es nur ne Anzeige oder ein richtiges Buchungssystem sein ?

Hi everyone!

In my search for a hotel's online booking plugin for cmsimple I came across this thread. After having viewed all 3 pages of the conversation, I was still not satisfied with the results and decided to search the web.

I found a great start to an absolut freeware solution which would even suit the cmsimple philosophy by working with flatfiles and not requiring a mysql database. The developer's homepage is http://www.solnis.de/miet0.htm and the documentation can be found at http://www.solnis.de/SolniS-Miet.pdf.

Unfortunately it seems not to be adapted to current coding requirements and the support has been stopped sometime in 2007 (according to the website's infos). I still found and got to download the software from http://www.freeware-download.com/get_do ... p?ID=15878 and tried to implement it into cmsimple_xh with the Wrapper plugin. The Wrapper plugin works fine, the booking software shows me:
- Notice: Undefined index:...
- Deprecated: Function split() is deprecated in....
- Notice: Undefined variable: iz in...
and so on.

Since my coding skills are limited to basic, I REALLY think this could be a project for a new cmsimple plugin and would appreciate it if anybody could find the time to accomplish this or "just go over the books" and adapt the code in a way for it to be implemented without hassle into this wonderful CMS.

I've had a quick glimpse on the code SolniS-Miet (I prefered the download from http://www.freeware-base.de/freeware-ze ... -Miet.html, as they deliver a ZIP file). Making it a proper CMSimple plugin seems to be a lot of work.

As the messages are about "Notices" (which often can be neglected--although they should not by developers) and "Deprecated Warnings" (which can be neglected--although they should not by developers) you may workaround the issues by simply suppressing the omission of these messages (what is generally recommended for production systems). If you're using an Apache server, the simplest solution is to put a file .htaccess in the folder where the script is installed, containing one of the following lines (just try them out in the given order):

Once again, thank you!

I'm sorry for the inconvenient download link (was just happy I found a place to download the software and wanted to get it before it was too late (so to say) ).

At first the .htaccess file with the suggestions you made seemed to work just fine, but (and here it comes) the hassle was just to begin! Following the installation instructions and trying very hard to fix the other things mentioned by the software in different .php files still didn't do the trick. As I said, my coding skills are basic, but I did try hard. I suppose I'll let it rest in peace and keep looking for an alternative solution (at this point suggestions are welcome! ).

I'm sorry to hear about how complicated it would be to make this software a plugin, but then again, I'm in no position of judging the effort needed. I thought I found a solution matching cmsimple's philosophy and with a few twists from the "big" boys it could serve the community as a great online reservation tool!
