URLs ?

I'd like to remove the ? in my URLs for instance www.mysite.com/?home_page to get this: www.mysite.com/home_page
How can I get this ? Thanks

I followed the instructions in the link, it works perfectly with the contents of the first language, but not the second language.
Any ideas?
