I want to use a picture of a man like this:

[ external image ]

On that picture I like to make like links on several positions: foot, knie, hip, lower back, nekc, shoulder etc. with a link to a new page with further information.
Can I do this within CMsimple _XH?

Hi Rob,

what you're looking for is called "image map". It is explained on http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_map.asp. An online tool to create such a map is http://www.image-maps.com/ (I haven't used it yet, though).

One can as well use Gimp to create an image map: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/create-image-map-gimp/.

I just thought of one totally brutal way (without creating a map):
1. cut the image into more quadrants.
2. Put them into a table.
3. Link pieces to whatever you need.

Hallo roze,

I tried this with CMSimple 4 at my homepage. There you can see the result. I wrote also a small tutorial in German. See

with this picture.
