backup content fails

Hi all,
I made a new site about a week ago and every time I change the content and logout I get the message that it was not possible to make a back-up. [ external image ] here you see that the last backup was in june...???
Is there a way to cure this?

I think, you have to make the content-folder writeable (chmod 755), because otherwise CMSimple can't create the backup-files,
