500 Internal Error on second language

Post by Connie » Sat Nov 01, 2008 2:23 pm

Hi friends, please help me..

I am so tired and I cannot find the solution

suddenly the second language "www.webdeerns.de/en/" brings an 500 Internal Server Error

I can't tell why...
I set the permissions:
777 to the folder /en
777 to /content
777 to /content/content.htm

I can open /http://www.webdeerns.de/en/content/content.htm but without template

you have any idea? I am sure it is a simple mistake... but I am blind at the moment

Hi Zips,

yes, I have these folders/files:

\en\content
\en\content\content.htm
\en\.htaccess
\en\index.php

I also created a new directory and copied the content there, no success

but now I deleted the old "en"-directory, uploaded a fresh 2lang-directory as "en" and copied the content.htm there and now it works..
when I compare the files I see no difference, but it is ok now...

cheers! have a good sunday,

Connie
