На форумах используют теги bbCode code и quote существует плагин или CSS стиль чтобы использовать возможности и стиль этих тегов?
Посмотрите, может быть нужно добавить или убавить что нибудь в стиле?

Yes, that could go to the template's stylesheet, because, for instance, the colors should fit. Some templates already have something like this (at least for <blockquote>).

If you are looking for a syntax highlighter for code, have a look at Syntaxhighlighter_XH. I will set up a demo as soon as possible.

Yes indeed! Actually, TinyMCE can't be used at all when the language files are missing, what is documented in the Limitations section of the manual.

A quick fix is to go to plugins/tinymce/tiny_mce/plugins/syntaxhl/langs/ and copy en.js to ru.js and en_dlg.js to ru_dlg.js. I have done so on your test installation (thanks for the account data). And of course you will want to translate both files.

I will have a look on how to change the current behavior, so Syntaxhighlighter uses the English language files by default, if the appropriate language files are missing.

I'm not sure. As it works without the change, it might not work otherwise. I'll have to investigate. For now, I suggest to not translate it.
